We are offering individual energy routines for sale. Each routine is curated by Marjorie Fein and combines Energy Exercises with grounded guidance to help you support your body, calm your nervous system, and address the symptoms or situation where you are seeking support.
Choose the routine that best matches what you’re experiencing right now. Each video routine is between 5-10 minutes in length depending on the exercises included. The video will include a description of each exercises and demonstrate how to do the exercise.
