Jet LagĀ Routine
Ā Before the development of air flight, traveling great distances was a long, gradual process. This slow process of traveling allowed the body to easily adjust to changes in time zone. Now we can travel across the world in hours and it can be really hard for our bodies to adjust.
This routine of energy exercises helps us ground and orient toĀ a new time zone and can greatly reduce the amount of time needed to acclimate to a new location.
