This routine of energy exercises helps us ground and orient to a new time zone and can greatly reduce the amount of time needed to acclimate to a new location.

About These Energy Routines
Each individual routine is thoughtfully curated by Marjorie Fein, an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience, and designed to be simple, effective, and accessible for everyday life.
Most routines are between 5–10 minutes in length and can be used as often as needed. You may repeat a routine, pull out individual exercises that resonate with you to do throughout the day, or even combine it with others energy exercises based on what your body and energy are asking for.
