When we have tools to ease out of anxiety we can reclaim our energies for all of the things in life that enrich and inspire us as well as give us pleasure. Also, knowing we have the ability to calm anxiety generally keeps it from spiking as high in the first place.

About These Energy Routines
Each individual routine is thoughtfully curated by Marjorie Fein, an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience, and designed to be simple, effective, and accessible for everyday life.

Most routines are between 5–10 minutes in length and can be used as often as needed. You may repeat a routine, pull out individual exercises that resonate with you to do throughout the day, or even combine it with others energy exercises based on what your body and energy are asking for.
